Data Deletion Request

At Alameda Peeps, we value your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal information held by us.

How to Request Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data, please follow one of the methods below:

Method 1: Email Request

Send an email to our Data Protection Officer with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

Please include the following information in your email to help us verify your identity and locate your account:

• Full Name
• Email Address associated with your account
• Username (if applicable)

Processing Your Request

Upon receiving your request, we will:

1. Verify your identity: We may contact you to confirm that you are the owner of the account.
2. Process the deletion: Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and personal information from our active databases.
3. Confirmation: We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Please note that some information may be retained in our backups or archives for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal compliance).
